Full Thunder Moon Ritual…

Woop this is powerful energy this week! Feeling the Thunder Moon Rising.

A Ritual to Reclaim Your Power - A Call to Release, Reclaim & Rewild

The Thunder Moon rises in all her wild fullness this week – a moon of sound, storm, and soul-stirring energy. Known by this name because of the summer storms that roll through the skies, this moon is a fierce teacher in emotional clearing, power reclamation, and surrender to what is out of our control.

This is a potent time to listen deeply. To the rumble within. To the truth you can no longer ignore. To the places in your life where release must come before rebirth.

Let this Full Moon be a gateway to remembering your wildness, your intuition, and your innate rhythm with the Earth.

Full Thunder Moon Journal Prompts:

What am I being called to release, even if it feels uncomfortable?

Where in my life am I holding back my truth to keep the peace?

What is the storm inside me really asking for?

What clarity is rising through the chaos?

How can I anchor into trust when things feel out of control?

Full Moon Ritual: Thunder Release - Fire Power

What you’ll need:

A candle (fire element)

A bowl of water (to cool and soothe)

Paper & pen

Optional: essential oil (clary sage or lemon), moonstone or labradorite.

Ritual Steps:

Set the Space: Light your candle and anoint your third eye and belly with oil if you wish. Breathe deeply and let the body soften.

Write: Journal your responses to the prompts or simply free-write what’s been building inside. Be honest. Be bold. Let it thunder.

Release: On a separate paper, write down what you’re ready to let go of. Speak it aloud and burn it (safely) or submerge it into the bowl of water as a symbol of release.

Seal: Place your hands on your belly and heart. Whisper a promise to yourself. Something that rises from this release – your power, your peace, your truth.

Close: Blow out the candle with reverence. Breathe. You are held. You are whole.

This Full Moon invites you to trust the storm – to know that your emotions are sacred messengers and your truth is worthy of thunder.
