A Little Ritual for Everyday Life:

My relationship with ceremonial cacao has always been about so much more than the cacao itself. It is the ritual around it that I love.

The choosing of a beautiful cup. Lighting a candle. Preparing the cacao slowly and intentionally. Sitting at my altar, placing my hands around the warm cup and allowing myself a few moments to arrive.

For me, cacao has become a companion to ceremony, meditation, journaling and those quiet moments when I want to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with myself.

I love ritual because it reminds me that our lives don't have to rush past us. We can make ordinary moments sacred simply by bringing our presence to them.

That is the spirit behind this little shop.
