There is something beautiful about July's Full Buck Moon.

Named after the stag whose antlers are fully regrown and maturing, the Buck Moon has long been associated with growth, vitality, abundance and becoming.

Nature is in her fullness.

The hedgerows are abundant. Gardens are overflowing. Roses are blooming. The evenings are long and golden.

And yet, in the midst of this fullness, many women are feeling anything but abundant.

Many are tired.

Overextended.

Emotionally depleted.

Holding everyone else whilst quietly running on empty.

In Ayurveda, this is often a sign that our Rasa has become depleted.
