Ayurvedic Evening Ritual.

 Golden Goddess Turmeric Milk.

An evening ritual of nourishment before bed.

Simple recipe:

Warm in a pan a cup of milk of your choice/ cows or plant milk.

Add ½ tsp or 2 cm turmeric root

1/4 tsp Ginger powder or 1cm ginger root

Pinch of black pepper

A pinch of cinnamon

 3 cardamom pods crushed

Half tsp of coconut oil or ghee

A little honey or maple syrup

Heat slowly then whisk to create bubbles

Pour into your fave mug

Add a sprinkle of nutmeg and  few strands of saffron for the top

Sip slowly.

Let it signal safety, rest, and repair.

Turmeric as Ritual.

As you drink, place one hand on your heart.

Whisper: “I allow myself to be deeply nourished.”

This is not indulgence — this is medicine.
