Meet Her • Remember Her • Share Her

Cacao has been part of my own life, practice and work with women for over ten years.

During that time, she has accompanied me through ceremonies, circles, retreats, trainings and quiet moments of personal practice. My relationship with her has deepened slowly, not through rushing to become a facilitator, but through sitting with her, listening to her and allowing her to weave herself into the way I live and hold sacred space.

Cacao has taught me that ceremony does not begin when we light the candle or pour the cup.

Ceremony begins in the way we prepare.

The way we listen.

The way we honour the land, the plants and the women gathered before us.

The way we bring reverence into the ordinary moments of our lives.

Over these ten years, cacao has become woven into my Wild Feminine work, alongside yoga, Ayurveda, Nature, sacred movement, seasonal living and women’s circles. She has become a doorway into the heart, into deeper presence and into a slower, more devotional way of living.

This training has grown from that lived relationship.

It is not a collection of ceremonies for you to copy. It is the sharing of what I have learned through almost a decade of walking beside cacao, and an invitation for you to begin developing an authentic relationship of your own.

There are some medicines we simply consume.

And there are others we enter into relationship with.

This autumn, I invite you into a beautiful three-month journey with Ceremonial Cacao, exploring not only how to prepare and share her, but how this sacred plant can become a doorway into ritual, rhythm, Nature and living the Wild Feminine.

We will gather for one retreat-style training day each month, with spaciousness between our gatherings to practise, integrate and deepen your own relationship with cacao.

This is more than learning how to facilitate a cacao ceremony.

It is an invitation to live more ceremonially.

To slow down.

To listen.

To return to your body.

To honour your natural rhythms.

To recognise the sacred within everyday life.

And, when you are ready, to share what you have genuinely embodied with others.

Meet Her…

Entering into relationship with cacao

Our first gathering is devoted to meeting the plant herself.

We will explore cacao’s roots and traditions, ethical and respectful practice, preparation, recipes, dosage, contraindications and safety. You will learn how to work with intention, create simple personal rituals and begin cultivating your own devotional cacao practice.

We will prepare cacao together, enter ceremony and begin a relationship that will continue to unfold throughout the month.

Because before we share the medicine, we must first enter into relationship with her.

Remember Her…

Cacao and living the Wild Feminine

During our second gathering, cacao becomes a doorway into something deeper.

Drawing upon Ayurveda and Wild Feminine wisdom, we will explore seasonal and cyclical living, nourishment, Ojas, sacred oils, Nature, movement, mudra, breath, meditation, rest and everyday ritual.

We will consider how ceremony can move beyond the occasional gathering and become part of the way we inhabit our lives.

This is not about adding more practices to an already busy life.

It is about remembering another way of living.

A return to rhythm.

A return to the body.

A return to Nature.

A return to yourself.

Share Her…

Cacao, ceremony and sacred space…

Our final gathering explores how to share cacao with others from a place of embodiment, responsibility and integrity.

You will learn how to create and hold your own cacao ceremonies, prepare your participants, establish sacred space and weave together intention, ritual, meditation, music, movement, sharing, integration and closing practices.

We will explore boundaries, presence, active listening and the art of holding rather than fixing.

You will not be taught to recreate my ceremonies.

You will be supported to listen inwardly, trust what you have embodied and discover your own authentic ceremonial voice.

Who Is This Training For?

You may already be a yoga teacher, therapist, coach, retreat leader, circle holder or wellbeing practitioner who feels ready to weave cacao and ceremony into your existing work.

Or you may simply be a woman who feels drawn towards cacao, ritual, Nature, sisterhood and a slower, more sacred way of living.

You do not need to know what you will do with the training before you arrive.

You do not need any previous experience.

And you do not have to become a cacao facilitator.

You may come because you wish to share cacao professionally.

You may come because you want to deepen the work you already offer.

Or you may come because something within you longs for more ritual, slowness, connection, Nature and sacredness.

All of these reasons are welcome.

You do not need to have it all figured out.

You simply need to feel the call—and be willing to enter the relationship with respect, curiosity and an open heart.
