Nourishing Foods (Cooling, Juicy, Loving)
Think: moonlit meals, garden softness, and foods that kiss your nervous system calm.
Fruits:
Ripe berries, cherries, mango, watermelon, pear, pomegranate
Coconut flesh or water (nectar of the feminine)
Cucumber and mint-infused water, a daily summer ritual
Vegetables:
Leafy greens, courgette, asparagus, fennel, celery, sweet potato.
Steamed or gently sautéed – not raw or over-spiced.
Grains:
White basmati rice, oats, quinoa, barley.
Think creamy porridges with rose or cardamom
Oils:
Ghee (sacred, soothing, sattvic)
Coconut oil (especially cooling in heat, beautiful for belly massage)
Spices:
Fennel, cardamom, coriander, rose petals, mint, cumin
Avoid excess salt, garlic, onion, chilli, and vinegar, they fuel the inner fire.
Extras:
Rose water in drinks or spritzed on the face.
Aloe vera (inner and outer)
Lassi made with rose, cardamom or mint
Feminine-Form Daily Practices (Cool, Intuitive, Fluid)
Slow down. Listen in. Move from feeling.
Moon Breath (Chandra Bhedana)
Inhale through the left nostril, exhale through the right.
Do this for 3–5 minutes to soften heat and tension.
Belly Anointing Ritual.
Massage your belly with coconut oil or rose-infused sesame oil before bed. Whisper to her: “You don’t have to hold it all.”

Swim in wild water or bathe with flower petals.
Foot soaks with rose & sandalwood.
