Live Gently ~ Live Seasonally ~ Return to Yourself.
I love marking the transitions of the year, rather than allowing one season to simply tumble into the next, I like to pause at the threshold.
To notice what has changed ~ To clear what has accumulated ~ in my body, my home, my mind and my life.
And to ask myself:
What am I ready to leave behind, and what do I want to carry with me into the season ahead?
This is why I created The Wild Feminine Seasonal Resets.
Twice a year, in Spring and Autumn, we gather 8 Women to gently clear, simplify and reconnect with the rhythms of nature.
For me, it is a beautiful ritual of completion and beginning again.
One season is complete. We consciously step across the threshold into the next.
Drawing on Ayurveda, Yoga, seasonal food, herbs, ritual, nature wisdom and feminine spirituality, we tend to the whole woman ~ body, mind, home and energy.
These are not diets or harsh detoxes.
They are gentle pauses in the turning of the year.
A clearing of the decks.
A return to rhythm.
A return to yourself.
The Wild Feminine Guided Autumn Reset.
A Seasonal Reset Journey for 8 women only.
New Moon in Libra.
DATES: Mon 12th ~ Sun 18th October.
Opening Circle ~ 7pm Monday 12th October.
13th ~ 17th Oct ~ 7pm ~ 8pm daily check ins on Zoom.
As the trees begin to release their leaves, we follow nature's invitation and consider what we are ready to release too.
Over eight days we gently simplify our food, clear our homes, tend to our nervous systems and create space around the habits, stories and old identities we may no longer want to carry forward.
Together we weave:
• A gentle Seasonal reset.
• Seasonal recipes and meal guidance.
• Herbal support for Autumn.
• Yoga, breathwork and deep rest.
• Daily meditation and reflection.
• Home clearing and decluttering rituals.
• Rituals for releasing old habits, identities and emotional patterns.
• Daily LIVE online evening circles on Zoom.
• A Private WhatsApp community and support.
Autumn is not asking us to do more ~ It is asking us to release ~To make space.
And to consciously cross the threshold into the quieter season ahead.
